TTDI Adina is developed by TTDI Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NAZA TTDI Sdn Bhd. 

 

Incorporated on 10 March 1973, NAZA TTDI Sdn Bhd is the primary property' arm of the NAZA Group of companies. NAZA TTDI
made its mark with its maiden development, the Taman Tun Dr Ismail Township, a prominent 663-acre development in Kuala Lumpur.
Other distinctive projects that followed included the Vads Building (formerly known as IBM Plaza), TTDI Hills residences, TTDI Residence Condominium and TTDI Plaza. Our developments have gained local and international recognitions through awards from FIABCI, CNBC Asia Pacific Property, Cityscape Asia and Brand Laureate, for quality products, architectural designs, concepts and branding.

 

Section 13, Shah Alam, is another signature project. Over the years, we have turned it into prime real estate. We have made Laman Seri Residences - with its upmarket semi-Ds and bungalows - "The Best Gated and Guarded Community in Shah Alam" and Laman Seri Business Park "The Best Commercial Centre in Shah Alam". Our other successes in Section 13 include the record-breaking completion
of the Giant Hypermarket in six months as well as the construction of the Shah Alam Malawati Indoor Stadium in time for the 1998 Commonwealth Games' boxing event.

 

Forging ahead, NAZA TTDI is set to transform the Malaysian property scene with several high impact projects, notably Platinum Park, an integrated mixed commercial and residential development within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), and the up-coming KL Metropolis that includes the MATRADE Centre, Malaysia's largest exhibition centre.

 

Our land bank covers more than 400 acres in Kajang and Shah Alam with smaller parcels in strategic locations in other parts of the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. As part of our business growth, we are actively expanding to other prime locations in Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region.
